He works with leading financial services brands to more effectively measure and improve the experience of their advisors and clients, ultimately driving greater loyalty, advocacy and engagement. With over two decades of experience in the wealth management industry, Mike previously served as Global Head of Client Insights at Citi Wealth. His expertise has earned him recognition as a thought leader, with features in The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and The New York Times, as well as keynote speaking engagements at industry conferences. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature and philosophy from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
