Pier currently serves as the Head of Derivative Business Development at IDX, where he oversees the development of the derivative market ecosystem. With over a decade of experience in capital markets, he has contributed to significant market milestones, including the successful implementation of the T+2 Settlement Cycle in 2018 and the formulation of market stabilization regulations during the 2020 pandemic. Beyond his work at the exchange, Pier serves as a guest speaker for institutions such as Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), and the Financial Industry Association.
